It took longer than I expected. But the car looks great. Also, Car craft is replacing a wheel trim piece that was slightly scratched during the repair. There was good communication of the progress that was being made throughout the duration of the repair.

I would give a 10, but it was three months for a rear end and they probably had a lot of cars ahead of me. It just seemed longer than I would live in the flight. Other than that, their workmanship is outstanding.

They did a good job fixing the car. It looks like it never was hurt. Kim was amazing. Doing her best to try to keep me up-to-date. What was going on. But like what other folks were saying in the past sometimes you felt like you were left in the desert trying to figure out what was going on. But when I reached out, they would usually just be able to let me know what was happening as far as they know. Of course a lot of this is dealing with insurance companies and they’re crazy stuff they Put everyone through. But for me the bottom line is do I get my car back looking the way it did before someone hit me in the back. And that’s one thing Car Craft did do my car. Looks like it was never hurt that drives wonderfully and they do know how to fix a Tesla so I’m very grateful for that. Thank you Kim and the rest of the guys for sticking to it.

They did a really good job. My car looks like it was never hit which I appreciate. Kim was wonderful helping me know how the process was going. There were times though where there was a gap and that could’ve been just really busy. Took longer than I thought, but I liked the outcome..

I’m am extremely satisfied with the service at car craft chesterfield. The staff updated me throughout the whole repair process. The repairs looked great. The timing of the repairs were also reasonable. Hopefully I don’t need to come back for any repairs anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend to a recommend to a friend.
