I asked car crafters to fix a window seal issue 3 times and it was never fixed. They were very nice to work with but did not address my concern, which I feel was very basic. Also, I had the take my vehicle back because an obvious dent was not fixed.

The staff was very nice to work with, but they seemed disorganized and I was sent erroneous text messages and calls regarding the status of my vehicle, and also they did not listen to my concerns and address them. But, they were very nice.

In spite of receiving 3 messages that my car would be ready on time,it was not!! Instead of picking it up on Friday I didn't get it until Monday afternoon and was not called on either Fri or Monday. I had to pay for 3 extra days for a rental car. Not a large amount but annoying. The work done was satisfactory. The service was not!! Janice Lemon
