The vehicle was given back with the a bad paint job, dirty, mounding dirty, the carpet was dirty from the workers feet and not even removed the dust.

This is my second time using your shop and the paint job was a total mess. It was very unacceptable for you guys to give us the car back with the paint running and looking the way it was, the black mounding were also very dirty, not even cleaned up, the car needs to go back to you guys due to the residue of something that looks like way or compound left on the side of were the paint job was done. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the job.

When I talked to the advisor and told him what was going on he said that was only speculations at this time. Instead of believing what I was seeing wrong with the paint.

After viewing the work that was done on my Nissan, I was stunned. Not only was that an amazingly beautiful job, but I have to say as silly as it may sound, their slogan is absolutely right! It did look like it never happened. And I don’t say that lightly because I normally don’t even listen to commercials! Thank you I appreciate the good job

Ken Kreider was excellent to work with. He truly understands what World Class service is. He communicated expectations along the way, what the next steps were and made sure the job came in early. He even replaced a backup light bulb that could have been from a previous repair. I’m super happy with the repair.
