Window tint on both doors is damaged, it looks like the edges were chewed up by something. The tint was perfect beforehand, there is also some kind of white residue I will try to clean off windows. The roof molding on passenger side is damaged, It looks pieces were torn off.

Ken was great! He kept me informed and made sure repair were done correctly. He rejected a bumper that didn't fit properly. It added a few days to the repair, however I appreciate the fact he made sure I would be happy with everything.
