There was little to no communication. Was initially told I was bringing my car in for an estimate only to be told AFTER drop off my car would be kept until repaired. Repairs were estimated to be finished within 4 days, then 6, then 9. Nobody called, the only update that was received was via text message.

Bob made sure that he had a complete understanding of my needs from the beginning. Knowing that I wouldn’t be renting a car in the interim, he took special care to get me back in my car as quickly as possible. He was friendly, warm in his particular way and he explained everything very clearly. I had the felt experience that he cared and was intent on giving me the fullest customer experience.

Communication was poor. I was told it would take awhile for the Tesla parts to come in. I waited a month and no one called so I called you. I was not given an estimate of when the car might be ready. I was thinking about 2 weeks. It was more. I got one call from my advisor. I was notified the car was ready by Enterprise. It turned out it wasn't, but it was ready 1-2 days later. I picked it up but waited about 45 minutes - they were washing it, but I didn't know. Communication was my issue.

According to your staff, they’re very short staffed and this was the reason they did not communicate with me about the status of my car. Also, there was damage done to my door panel and black streaks on my white leather interior driver and passenger seats Brought it to the attention of your staff. Waiting to hear back from your staff to get it fixed.
