When my car was returned to me there was a crack in the windshield that wasn't there before I brought my car to them. The photographs that they took of my car, when I turned it into them, shows there was no crack in the windshield, but management claims that it was identified in their documentation that I never got a copy of which means they can, at any point, modify the document after I signed it. I will be working very closely with my insurance company to make sure they don't send any more business to this company. My insurance company is USAA, which is a very reputable insurance company. I am sure that there are lots of other customers that have been victims of this type of unethical behavior in the past. My hope is that this will never happen to anybody else again.
