The initial Estimate was a lot lower than the final estimate! I left 2-3 messages for a return call and I didn’t recieve my return call until the car was completed. On the initial estimate I was charged for a dent on on front cover and there was not a dent! I was thankful that Jacqueline removed it from the estimate! Car was completed in the estimated time which I appreciate! The bumper looks good!

Bob was slow at getting back to me. Well actually I called him which I think I why my car was not done on time. Then he tells me he could’ve taken care of the car rental for one day. Would’ve been helpful if he had communicated that to me.
