Jim Guthrie, owner and first technician of Car Crafters, started a body shop in his parent’s garage as a teenager. After filling up the cul-de-sac with cars, Jim’s parents told him to focus on college or find a shop and move out of their garage. Two times I was told the car was fixed and it was not. It had the same issue ...I understand it was taken to a different mechanic shop to actually correct it. They also failed to install the under cover. I absolutely do not trust this place which is a shame because a few years ago I took my car to the one in Rio rancho and they did a fantastic job. And all of this took over three weeks to not have my car actually fixed and thousands of dollars

They always make all our cars look new again. Roy was very easy to talk to and offered alternatives when it turned out that there is no time frame for when a new bumper would be available from Mazda. I like that he came up with alternatives
