I did not get confirmation from car crafters that my car was fixed until two days after it was actually ready. Granted my voicemail inbox on my cell phone it was full, but I was not attempted to get contacted on my alternate work number or email. Insurance company only paid the rental car for up to my car was actually fixed, so I ended up having to pay two days of rental car company out of pocket. The quality of the work was fine.
