Everyone I spoke to was very professional and kind. Also, I appreciated the fact that not only were the repairs completed beautifully, but the entire car was delivered back to me cleaned inside and out. The progress updates via text were also a nice touch. In short, you all presented a very professional and well organized appearance. Unfortunately, excellent service like yours seems to be lacking these days so this was an especially great experience. Thanks so much for your first class service!

I sent my son to speak specifically with Tony Cagel and come to find out, the repair shop switch Tony with someone I had never met or heard anything from. I ended up calling Tony to get an update. The repair tech or no one from Capital Ford called until I called.
