I really appreciated the friendly and helpful office staff, Hayden & Belle. There was very good communication via texting regarding the progress of my vehicle’s repair and with the insurance company. Not only was my Subaru fixed as good as new, I liked that is was nicely detailed upon pickup and that Tony (I think that was his name) offered to take my rental car back to Enterprise for me. Top notch service for Carrillo & Sons ! Thumbs up.

Very friendly and helpful office staff. Good communication with the insurance companies and found it helpful with the frequent updates on the progress of the repairs being done on the car. The work was completed before scheduled time and my rental car was returned by one of the owners. Very good experience and my car is as good as new. Thank you Carrillo & Sons for service.
