The work appears to be professional and well done. In talking with Dave when I picked up the car I noted that the alignment had not been checked, but that a test drive did not show any problems. I have made arrangements to have the alignment checked by Evans Tire just up the road. When I spoke with them they said, "If there is no problem, we'll tell you. If there is, we'll fix it." I'll let you know the results Wed. morning. Thank you for your work in fixing my car. It is always good to deal with professionals.

I would have given a 10, however as part of a front end collision they did not check the alignment. When I found this out we discussed how to proceed. I had a longtime shop that had done my maintenance for years. I offered to have them check the alignment and if necessary perform the alignment. I said I would pay for it if they would reimburse me. Dave the manager at that location agreed. An alignment was necessary and I paid for it. I am supposed to be reimbursed by AAA.

My experience was outstanding. The repairs make my 9-year-old Tucson look like it just came out of the showroom. In addition to the recent accident dents and scratches, they fixed several older scratches and marks. They got my car in quickly and projected it would take a week and a half. To my delight, the car was out a day early. carefully washed and shining. The repairs were perfect. The online and phone updating on progress was consistent and helpful. David was flexible with high standards at a reasonable price. The car looked brand new when I got it back clean, and it was very quick. In addition, a manager came out to my home to assist damage as it wasn’t drivable due to the side mirror, dangling by wires. The little gift bag is a super cute touch as well. Five stars highly recommend.
