I'm pretty sure they're perfectly capable of doing better work, would I recommend it to somebody after my first time honestly no. First impressions are everything and even though insurance took care of the cost for myself. It's still frustrating to drop a car off for the first time based on recommendation and it wasn't done correctly the first time so now it has to be taken back for second repairs.

Car wasn't fixed as it should have been. They were still problems upon picking it up for instance, I had both doors replaced and both doors didn't close right. The passenger side window that was swapped out from one door to another had been cracked on the top which wasn't there before. Orange peel on the panels that they repainted and the fender they repainted does not line up with the body of the car. Rear parking sensors were supposed to be fixed, they weren't. I have to take the car back because they are going to redo all of that which is nice however inconvenient because now I have to lose my car again for another period of time.

Customer service on the other hand was great, no complaints with any of the workers there. They all seem very straightforward and understanding.

My car was unfortunately totaled. But I will say the staff at Carstar was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot remember their name but there was a young women who helped me at the front desk and she did an excellent job.
