I was initially told the repair of a ding in my door would be a three day process. I didn’t receive an update until day three when I was told my repair would not be done for another week. I learned they lost track of my repair and paint got backed up. I was without my vehicle for two weeks b

So idk where to begin, I am NOT SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULTS, before the vehicle was brought in my lights were comfortably bright and focused going down the road even after the deer hit, when I picked the car the light visibility is 50% of what it was even on brights... NOT happy, also they put aftermarket parts on that did NOT match the existing parts, also the vegicle was covered in dust on the inside and I don't have any idea on why they half assed this project, I paid my deductible 100% why can't my car be completed 100%

Nobody is perfect. However job well done. Only complaint is the tonneau cover was not properly reinstalled. The wind lifted the cover over top of the cab of the truck. The cover was not centered. The rear brackets were not engaged, causing the cover to flip over the cab of the truck. I realigned and secured the cover.
