Repair took longer than expected and was over original quote. Communication was limited and had to call for updates and delays. Upon pick up, parts were missing and cosmetic issues were present.

Desk person/receptionist could not answer questions about repair. Only told the morning of is vehicle was ready or not. Pick up date was pushed back 3 times, and found out only by calling location for pick up time- not ready, sorry, delayed.

This was our second time using Carstar 76 for business-related repairs, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. Our vehicle repair was delayed three separate times, which ultimately caused our insurance-covered rental period to be exhausted. As a result, we incurred $500 in out-of-pocket rental costs due solely to the extended repair timeline. As a last-responder service business, our vehicles are mission-critical. We understand that delays can happen, but the overall length of time to complete the repair was unacceptable, especially given the repeated schedule changes and the impact on our operations. We value reliability and clear communication when trusting a shop with business vehicles, and this experience fell short of those expectations.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. When they first started communicating with me regarding the repairs it was through email which I don’t check regularly. The best way to get ahold of me is text or phone call but they didn’t know that.

For some light structural damage the whole repair process took well over a month and we had to bring it back to fix some minor things.
