My main issue is the used part that was installed and the lack of communication when trying to pick up the vehicle.

It looks great except the replacement taillight they installed has scuffs and scratches that will not come off, and it has a small crack in the plastic. For how much money it costs to get a repair done, a part that has a crack in it should never be installed. I was told they could get a new taillight and replace it but i was already without a vehicle for a full week and arranged rides to drop off the vehicle and pick it up, so i wasnt going to deal with that again.
