Don has strong beliefs that a successful company is built on Quality, Integrity, and Excellent Customer Service. Don also believes that having the owner on site and working in the business gives him the advantage over the "Big Box" national chain repair facilities. Our employees are trained and expected to provide our customers with status updates of the repair via text and email through out the repair process.
