A1 Auto's CARSTAR was founded by Don Ward in June 2005 with having 25+ years experience in Collision Repair Management. Don has strong beliefs that a successful company is built on Quality, Integrity, and Excellent Customer Service. Don also believes that having the owner on site and working in the business gives him the advantage over the "Big Box" national chain repair facilities. Our employees are trained and expected to provide our customers with status updates of the repair via text and email through out the repair process. Carstar did an absolute amazing job with my vehicle. The process was extremely smooth and fast. They helped me figure out the rental process, even helping me correct a few minor issues with that.
