Don has strong beliefs that a successful company is built on Quality, Integrity, and Excellent Customer Service. Don also believes that having the owner on site and working in the business gives him the advantage over the "Big Box" national chain repair facilities. Our employees are trained and expected to provide our customers with status updates of the repair via text and email through out the repair process. Even though it took more than a week longer than estimated, the final results were excellent. They fixed all of my concerns and cleaned/polished the entire car which made my 10 year old vehicle look brand new. The tech was easy to work with and very respectful.
