Communication is top notch, I was always very informed with the progress of my car. The car looks wonderful, just as it did before the accident. Learning curve about alignments needed after collisions with insurance but Daniel was on top of it quickly to help solve. I just wish it had been detected with the on site test drive before picking up the vehicle.

The shop expertise is extraordinary in that there is great attention to structural detail and perfectly matching paint. Regarding customer service, Daniel and the office staff are precise in their descriptions of the work and always present the job very clearly. They provide twice weekly updates of the progress.
