My experience with this repair shop was extremely frustrating and a stark contrast to the positive reviews I had read online.1 brought my vehicle to them for repairs after an accident, working through my insurance company. Timeline Issues: The repair process was plagued by repeated delays. The initial promised completion date was the following Thursday. This was then changed to Friday (which was acceptable as they communicated the change). However, when 1 arrived on Friday to pick up the car, it was not ready. I was told it would be ready the following Monday. On Monday, the car was still not ready, and I was asked to wait until Tuesday. Unresolved Repairs: On Tuesday, after confirming by phone, my wife took an Uber to pick up the car and paid the deductible, Upon driving the car, she immediately discovered that none of the sensors were working. This was the same issue that had supposedly caused all the previous delays. The repairs were not completed. THEN THEY CLAIMED THAT THE NON WORKING SENSORS IS OUR FAULT AND NON WORKING BEFORE. THEY 100 PERCENT DAMAGED THE SENSORS THEMSELVES AND DONT WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Overall: My experience with Carstar Ambassador was extremely disappointing due to the repeated delays, the lack of effective communication, and, most importantly, the failure to resolve the initial problem then blaming me for their incompetence in properly repairing the vehicle

I appreciate Thomas for keeping me updated with the repairs that were made on my Ford F-150. They had my truck for almost two week and I only call him once the entire time. N when I call they told me my truck was going to be ready in 3 days. So on the 3rd day I received a message from them saying that my Ford F-150 is ready. N they did an excellent job. They even wash my car and They put gas in my car too. CS AMBASSADOR GRIGGS they do things professionally and clean. Personally I am really satisfied with CS AMBASSADOR GRIGGS they did an excellent job on my Ford F-150. So I extremely recommend CS AMBASSADOR GRIGGS. Thank you!
