I truly wish I could rate this as an 11!! From start to finish, the customer service offered has been remarkable. Dillon and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful and even went above and beyond when my son began experiencing car issues unrelated to the repair. They helped him out even though it wasn’t their problem, when they truly didn’t have to. It’s amazing to see that great customer service still exists!!! They turned a very trying and frustrating time into a remarkable experience!! I’d go back in a heartbeat if needed!!! The customer service here is unmatched!!!

Carstar did an excellent job and my car looks brand new. I was planning to purchase a new car in the fall and have decided to postpone that purchase for a bit. The loss of 3 stars come from how long it took for the car to be finished. Allstate pays for 30 days of rental car and I ended up paying about $1000 in rental fees because I had to pay the rental after the 30 days. That was after the rental insurance while the car was covered and my $1000 deductable. That's a lot. Great work but it took too long....
