There's a bullseye in the paint, one side is slightly larger, one side is not flushed, the paint color is not the same, and you went over your estimate by $1,000 without letting me know until I picked up the car. I do have one good thing to say about this experience. I asked you to check the suspension. You said you would, but I didn't see anything about it in the paper work, nor was it mentioned. I do have one good thing to say about this experience. You finished the job ahead of schedule, which was the 24th. I rate that a 10. You were kind enough to wait for me twice, when I brought my car in and when I picked it up. That was priceless. I rate you a 100 for that. Thanks again

Joel and the team were great. Very friendly, but professional. Good communication, efficient work. My only issue was that when I got my car back it appeared that my trunk had been left open to the elements during the repair. The emergency kits and liner were covered in dust and I had to do a thorough cleaning when I got home.
