Paying attention to detail is my biggest complaint about the company. They gave me a quote but then didn’t do what was quoted. Then tried to fix the damage after l got there. A little inspection would have solved this. This caused me to bring my vehicle back again. This still didn’t help. End order to get my vehicle in a respectable condition I had to pay for a paint job. I don’t believe this was fair. Specifically since this should have been quoted in the original quote. I feel that I was held captive and had to pay extra to get my vehicle in respectable shape.

This low score was due to the fact that not only did you keep my truck for almost 2 months and the last 2 weeks of it Alex would call me and say it was ready, when in fact it wasn’t. Every time would be something else and then you guy’s did something that caused my camera and speedometer to quit working, Cable Dahmer confirmed this. Longer story short I will never go back here to have any work done.

This place was nothing short of perfect from start to finish! When I first called I spoke with Louisa in the front office and agin when I came in person to drop parts off. She was kind courteous and very pleasant to talk to. She got me right to the person I needed to talk to. Alex was the next person I had the pleasure of meeting. He inspected the parts I needed painted, quoted them, and made sure to have the painter come out to make sure the paint would match my truck EXACTLY. It came out amazing you can't even tell the parts weren't original to the truck. The door handles I had painted were done on time and were the price that was quoted. It has been a long time since I was treated this well and was this impressed with a business. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. This experience made my entire week!

The guy who cleaned my car did an excellent job and took pride in the quality of his work. The car was spotless inside and he removed all of the stains on the seat. Very happy with the service I received and will come again!
