Very helpful and courteous ladies at the front counter. Very knowledge to stealing their job. The kindness from shop employee who came out to the car as we were dropping it off. And how well informed we were by him when we pick it up as to the repairs. Was outstanding. The computer messaging was okay. But I could see how some people could be annoyed by it. Thank you very much for our experience with carstar. We hope we never need you again LOL but we know that you would do the job right even at that time. Thanks for everything.

My battery was completely dead at pickup, TPM sensor is still not working, and the alignment is still off…. Carstar could have told me they were having battery issues but were going to leave that for me to figure out on my own. It was only after the car didn’t start and I already paid my deductible and getting ready to leave that they said “yeah we have been having trouble with it dying on us the entire time” if it needs to be fixed why not just say something!! Other than that everything was great I go back Thursday for a alignment 2nd opinion.
