Company directly spoke with my insurance to approve additional cost. I do wish that I had received a call as well to get a good explanation. I like the automated system to let me know that to my car was on track and that I actually got to pick it up earlier.

In the process was easy and I was tapped up by a phone. I would’ve lied more of an explanation of why they had to contact my insurance and increase the cost of repair. It was approved however I did not get a call telling me what additional was going to be taken care of.
