I was pleased that they tried very hard to have it ready for me by the end of the week but there were mistakes that were not their fault (receiving a damaged replacement part). They were very receptive when I pointed out an area that was not aligned correctly and they attempted to repair it.

Just wow! Being someone that has an inquisitive mind, I like to know everyone involved in the process. From the GM Brad, to the office manager Patty, welcomed with an attitude that truly made me feel at ease after such an unfortunate event transpired. From there, their parts manager Steve ensured the correct parts were there...even before I dropped my car off, and was lucky enough to also meet Tony the tech who worked on my car, and finally Izzy who painted and made my bumper look as it did the first day I drove it home from the dealership. Getting your car struck while parked/unoccupied will always be a major inconvenience, and not hoping for that tk ever happen again, but this team went above and beyond to truly take the weight off my shoulders and get me back into my car in only 4 days! Beyond impressed, and will certainly recommend Carstar E. Robin Lane to any and all I know who have had the unlucky fortune of being involved in a collision accident. Thanks to you all!
