I was recently hit at a red light and had some damage to my rear. I took my car to Carstar and they were AMAZING! They took care of everything (putting the claim in, assisting with a rental, and making sure I understood every step in the process). I picked up my car today and it looks amazing. The entire process only took two weeks which is amazing. 10/10 recommend.

I am not satisfied because travelers paid to replace the parts of the accident and it was not like that for gate it was only repaired it is not new

I had a good experience, this is the second car I’ve had repaired at this shop. Mike and the other associates are very knowledgeable and kind. My husband was rear ended the bumper was a mess. Carstar replaced the bumper, the exhaust and couple other parts. The bumper looks brand new
