My was received on 6/25. On 7/11 I was updated on App that the estimated date was 7/18. On 7/15 the App update that my car was near completion. Since the 15th there was no App updates or communication from anyone. I reached went out to CarStar directly and on the phone a couple of times with no definitive answer for completion date. Even after knowing my situation of rental car which had already exceeded coverage days, they were unable to give me an answer. I received an App update on Friday 7/26 10:55 pm that my vehicle was ready only to find out the next Saturday morning from the GM Tom that my car was still not complete. I explained I needed my vehicle as I had to be in the city that day and he said to call back in 1-1/2 hours. I called back 3 times no status. Finally I received a call exactly at 3:01pm that my car was finally ready for pickup (1 month at CarStar). My appointment and Saturday was shot. Terrible customer service with no help or assistance to my personal needs and causing me to pay out of my pocket for a car rental that was not needed if repairs were completed as scheduled. I would not recommend or use CarStar based on my experience.
