Everybody at Carstar made an unfortunate experience, as good as it could have been. From the first phone call, to the accommodation of the rental, I was overwhelmed how helpful, and kind everybody was to me. A huge shout out to Myra and Jacob, and the team that I never met that did the repair work and detailing, did an outstanding job. When I picked up my car, it was beautifully detailed, which I did not expect, and the repair was flawless! I will definitely recommend your establishment to everybody that needs auto repairs, and great customer service. Upon leaving Myra told me to call anytime, if I had any questions about the repairs, or anything relating to the car. Lastly, the repair was done start to finish in a timely manner!!!!
