After having a rough morning, I was greeted warmly by Nelson as soon as I pulled into the lot and exited the tow truck. He was friendly and comforting as he gave me a ride to the front office in the golf cart, and the office staff continued with the same courtesy. I received excellent customer service and felt peace of mind about my car repairs. Upon pickup, my car was back to it’s original self, but cleaner and with shiny tires. I hope to never need collision repair again, but if I did, this would be the place.
