I would likely recommend Bass Collision only if someone was also having work performed on their vehicle at the shop across the street, Duggy’s Garage.

Quality of work performed was excellent, except that there is one small area of the vehicle that needs to be repainted. Bass Collision employees were not particularly good about responding to phone calls or providing updates as to status of repairs, but I believe that was largely attributable to former employee, Alfredo. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of work and services performed.
