I appreciated the reassuring my car would be repaired efficiently. I was kept up to date with all steps in the repair process. I appreciate the team getting me a ride to the rental car place and making this process seamless. Dropping my car off I was a little fluster from getting hit again otw way to CARSTAR. Did a Great job with the Damage done on the Left Side of my Truck. So much so that it makes the Right side of my Truck look Bad. And I feel that as a Courtesy You all could have at least put a Coat over the Rusted Panel so that it wouldn't look so Off from the Repaired Side. This wouldn't have taken more than 5 Minutes at best

I Give a 6 because i feel that as a Courtesy They could have Sprayed over the other Door Panel so that one side that the Repair was on doesn't stand out so much and look way better than the other side. It looks Weird. I'm sure it wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to touch it Up

What a great experience. So professional and work well in conjunction with my insurance company. The work was so good it was like the accident never happened. I had a wonderful experience from day one. Everyone there is very professional and their customer service goes above and beyond expectations. I took the offer to drop me off at the rental place. They drop me off and was told that I could leave the rental car there once my car was ready. I feel that my car was fixed fairly fast and it looks like if it never had a hit. I would definitely recommend CARSTAR BASS 100%.
