BIG TEX COLLISION took really good care of my Maserati most major body shops wouldn’t accept my business however BIG TEX COLLISION took a shot at it and hit their target. Robert “Bob” is fantastic. He’s responsible honest and very knowledgeable . The staff was very nice and considerate special thanks to Josh going out his way for me. From the beginning to the end of this process Carstar offered superb customer service. The owner, Mr. Zayed and staff kept me informed and updated as to what was taking place with my repairs (and they were extensive) the phases of the repairs ie body work, painting, inspection. My car looks brand new! I am beyond pleased with the work CARSTAR did....excellent! And customer service is top notch!

From start to completion, CarStar was superb! They kept me informed about what was happening with my car, the stages of service it was in ie body shop, painting, quality check. The process was seamless. And the work was phenomenal. I had extensive body damage as my car was T-boned, but you can't tell it was ever in an accident now. It looks brand new! Excellent service, from Zayed the owner and his entire staff. I worked with Angelique, who was super courteous and professional. I'm happy that this company is apart of State Farms recommended companies. 👌Awesomeness all the way around.
