The service was wonderful. They contacted the car rental and set up the pick up time for me with them. When they said it would be about 1/2 hr wait they took me over there. The repairs on my car were finished the next day and I was able to leave the rental at CarStar. And my car was washed and vacuumed!!! Thank you so much for the excellent service! Everyone there was very friendly and attentive

Only issue was with the cleaning which wasn't complete. There were scuffs that made it look like there was damage on the new door and the trunk was untouched. Otherwise great service and communication

10 out of 10. Great customer service. Finally, a body shop that promised my vehicle would be done that day and they did. Everyone there did a great job! The work they did was solid...can't tell it ever got hit! Great crew, great work, they are committed to great work, with incredible customer service. The owner was kind enough to drive me himself to pick up my rental car because they were too busy to pick up! He went above and beyond. I highly recommend this body shop.
