Tamara scheduled my appointment. Upon arrival I met with Walter who did a walk around with me detailing the work. Walter provided me two quotes showing me he shopped around. I met Sean who is a very happy and pleasant staff member. I agreed on the billing and signed contract recording the expected work to be done. Walter contacted me the following day to advise me there was additional damage underneath the bumper tail light. He also text pictures to show me the additional damage and gave me a new quote, which I accepted. They sent me daily updates of the status of my car. When I picked up my car it looked like new!!! I’m so pleased and highly recommend CS Brooklyn Auto Solutions because of their professionalism and outstanding service performed. They’ve definitely earned my trust!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
