I wouldn't put anyone through what we went with. There are a lot better choices out there. We only used this company because they were a preferred repairer from our insurance company. Hopefully, after we register our complaint with them they stop recommending your company.

We were told the car would be ready in 8-10 days. We had 20 days car hire coverage through our insurance, so plenty of time to have the car fixed. It took 42 days and as a result we incurred a $975 car hire charge, of which we had to pay $600 out of our own pocket. After 10 days we called them several times to get a time frame and they never returned our call until the insurance company got involved. When eventually they did return the call all we.got was excuses, ie we are busy, it took longer to get the parts, we have other custmers waiting longer ect. The vehicle was driveable and had been driven while we found somwone to repair it (this was a repairer recommended by our insurance). If they couldn't repair it in a timely manner they should not have taken it in. We called their head office to complain about our out of pocket expenses and again they never returned our call. I asked that they waived their deductible to help cover some of our additional charges and they refused. I have worked in a bodyshop in my youth and in my opinion this company lacks management and communication skills. Use them at your own risk.

Neither the bodyshop or their head office returned our calls. We complained about the additional $600 in charges incurred because it took 4 times longer than quoted to get repaired and they were not prepared to take any responsability, so no customer service.

Really pleased with the work that was done to my Cadillac- it looks brand new!! Ron was great to work with - kept me in the loop the entire time they were working on it and completed the work in a timely fashion. Very professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle!

There was good communication and updates along the way of progress. Care was expressed to be sure I was satisfied. There was a small thing I didn't like and Ronnie immediately said no problem, I will get this taken care of. He estimated 4 days, but managed to have it done by the end of the day. Thanks.
