OMG, what can I say, you guys treated me like family! Erin was amazing! She communicated honestly through the first initial contact till my car was completed! I was so surprised when I called and she said, drop it today! And then had it fixed in less than a week! My insurance adjusters quoted incorrectly and she called and handled it all! And the completed job, FANTASTIC! I was so satisfied with the work CARSTAT did that leaving that day, I told three people and I'm usually not that one! I can't say enough good things about these guys, truly a satisfied customer! Thank you 😊

Absolute wonderful experience! The the female estimator in parts with the glasses, was an absolute joy to work with and the manager was as nice as could be! My car was done unbelievably fast and the work that was done is of impeccable quality! The female had an answer for every single question I had and handled business with me with the upmost professionalism! They gave me the best deal out of several other body shops I got quotes from! I couldn’t have asked for better treatment! CARSTAR has a new customer for life!
