From the first contact with Graham at Champion Body Works to Ahmed bothwere wonderful,. The whole experience was professional and the customer service fantastic. They kept us fully informed during the repairs. Both Sheehy Honda and USAA made the correct decision in choosing Champion Body Shop to perform the repairs. I fully recommend them to do anyone’s repairs.

On day one when they did the estimate to repair my car, until 9 days later when my car was ready for pickup, Carstar was completely professional and knowledgeable with excellent customer service. They took great care of my car. The work they performed was outstanding and their level of professionalism was bar none. I just wished they had more outside parking space at their facility location. The parking area was always so crowded. I guess that’s a good sign of just how many people trust their cars to them for repair.

The guys at Carstar Champion Body Works were amazing from start to finish. They treated me like a family member. My car was dead on the side of the road due to a car accident. Not only were they reassuring but they helped with every facet, all along the way. From the tow truck, and the insurance company, to the mechanical and body repairs. They even helped me with the car rental company. Not only would I recommend these guys but I'll happily go back to them for any future car repairs.
