Communication was excellent and service was faster than projected. Color match was very good as well. A trim panel , on the opposite side of the car where the repair was done, seems to be slightly dislocated. However, I don't know when it happened, nor can I imagine that it occurred there because the work was nowhere close to it. Anyway, the repairs appear to be well done.

While the work that was done was fine and the people I interacted with were polite, the communication from them was not very good at best. I had to consistently reach out to get the appraisal and appointment scheduled. The team also ordered the wrong mirror to replace on my car, so I had to wait even longer for my replacement. I probably would not schedule with them again
