Dino and "team" were friendly, very informative and they kept me updated on how my car's (2012 Scion IQ) repairs were going. I just picked up my car today after being in the shop for 12 days and it seems to be A-OK! It's really a miracle how they can put such a crumpled mess back together and make it look so fantastic I was also very pleased as to how nice and clean (in and out) my car looked when given back to me! The staff here made a less than ideal situation of having to get my car fixed a more than pleasant experience! They made my car brand new again and got it back to me quickly. Everybody I spoke with but especially Ferris was so kind, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood every part of the process. Excellent customer service and will recommend this place to anybody I hear of needing some work done!
