I could not have asked for better service than I received from Douglas Carstar Auto Body Repair in Pasadena. They lived up to their advertised "Auto Body Repair Experts Claim" My car was damaged in an accident. My baby looked brand new after Carstar completed their magic. Kenny was beyond amazing and provided stellar customer service throughout the entire process. He immediately contacted me to introduce himself and let me know my car was in good hands. He kept me appraised throughout the entire process and answered my questions without delay. No games. Professional service, customer friendly and qualified service. I was met with the same type of customer service when I picked up my car. The atmosphere was welcoming. The staff embraced me from the moment I entered the door and also provided excellent service. Everyone watched with anticipation as I saw my car that they worked on. I could not have been happier. The smiles from Kenny and the staff reflected the care and pride that they put into their work.

I cannot say enough good things about Carstar Douglas Auto Body. From start to finish, the experience and the final result were absolutely outstanding. When I first brought my car in, the front end had significant visible damage — deep scrapes, cracked and misaligned panels, scuffs on the bumper, and clear cosmetic issues around the grille, headlights, and fender areas. Looking at the before photos, it was hard to imagine the car ever looking the same again. The transformation they delivered was nothing short of amazing. The car now looks brand new, like the damage never existed. The paint match is flawless, the panel alignment is perfect, and every detail — from the bumper to the grille, headlights, and body lines — is immaculate. The finish is smooth, clean, and truly showroom quality. If you didn’t see the before photos, you would never believe the car was involved in an accident. A huge shout-out to Josue Espinoza, who personally oversaw the quality control and made sure everything was done to absolute perfection. You can tell he takes real pride in his work — nothing felt rushed, overlooked, or “good enough.” Every detail was checked, refined, and executed at the highest level. The entire team was professional, communicative, and clearly committed to excellence. This shop doesn’t cut corners — they deliver results. If you’re stressing about repairs or debating where to take your car, don’t hesitate. My sunshade is missing. Have to bring my truck to fix something that wasnt done right. Didnt assmble the locking mechanism on my door right. Was rushed out of there during pick up and didnt get time to cjeck everything. Paperworknwas left inside. Desk lady had me sign for something with out explaining anything. Wouldnt be surprised if i find more things wrong.

Being in an accident, we start off in a bad situation,. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the resolution. My car has not looked as perfect as the day I drove my car off the lot when I first bought it. The damaged area was repaired and looks perfectly brand new, and the car was spotless when I picked it up. The check-in process was easy and thorough and friendly and efficient. The coordination with the insurance company and the rental car by the body shop was 1000 out of 10. They kept me updated on the timeline and I never even had a chance to ask myself a question that they didn’t already give me the answer for. Kenny did a great job of keeping me in the loop and explaining how things will work. Even the return of my rental car was simple as I just took it to Kenny at the body shop and he took care of the rest. Not that I would like to have any additional accidents, but I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs. Bravo Carstar Douglas.
