I have not used CARSTAR-Douglas Auto Body Repair Experts in about 14-15 years when l resided in Pasadena. They were the only body shop l have ever used on all my Lincoln Contenentals & Towncars. I asked about the owner, Armen and when he heard my recognisable voice, he came out of his office and we reconnected. It was a "GOD SENT MOMENT." From that moment on Arshak & Senior Espinoza took special care of my vehicle. Not only were repairs made; they ensured that all the bells & whisles (the instrumentation) was working. They aĺso made timely suggestions for me to take care in the future. My name is Don and l reside in Upland, CA (about 35 miles East of Pasadena, CA). But when it came time & where to go for my repairs, there was no thought taken. I had been confident in their work in the past and l am still confident today. GOD BLESS CARSTAR!!!!

Five stars. Tthen it is going to take and then deliver short. That’s what you guys did . It was ready one day before promised. Perfect! Second thing is that we did not expect the car would be so very nicely detailed . It is probably cleaner than when we bought it! Superb!
