I'd give it a 10 if I didn't have to bring the car back. I plan on using Douglas in the future since Hector was easy to deal with but it's hard to recommend due to the return.

The car looked great when I picked it up the first time but there was still something grinding on the brake rotor/disk. I brought it back the next day and they fixed it in a few hours. Besides that, the car is driving well.

Hector and Armen were wonderful in every way. Professional, never rushed, dealt with questions appropriately. My car looks better than ever, I the time frame initially specified. Later, when I noticed AC plug was dead, Hector said I could bring car in without appointment at my convenience - he thought it would be quick fix. He was right - new fuse needed - and had me in and out in a jiffy. My husband and I are so glad to have this opportunity to give all at Douglas a "10"

My front spoiler in my BMW Alpina B6 looks fantastic! I checked the undercarriage work and it looked amazing. Totally better than when I took it in. My sister had work done on her front end with another company and it was straight garbage, Mickey Mouse work. Even the paint was shoddy it had a small area by the fog lights hat seemed duller. I did tell Hector that I expected too quality paint and if it faded I'd be back to get it redone. But so far so good!
