After getting into a small fender bender, I chose CARSTAR Douglas Auto Body because of their certifications and great reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and made the repair process quick and stress free. Kenny was my advisor and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated since communication can be hard to find at other body shops. The repair work was excellent, my car was handled with care, and everything was completed surprisingly fast. Their motto, “We don’t just fix cars, we fix your car,” truly feels accurate. Highly recommend!

I was so pleased with CARSTAR-Douglas Auto Body. I dropped my car off. They gave me an estimate on repairs and when my car would be complete. They handled everything through insurance and delivered as promised. I will happily go there again, if the need arises.
