My answer would have been a 10, but a slight thing that bothered me was an individual who approached me after meeting John. I did not get his name, stated that my car was in poor shape despite the accident damage. I did not appreciate these comments, but overall, John treated me exceptionally, and whoever works with him in the future will understand the great customer service he provides.
