First I was on the internet and read about CARSTAR. I was assigned Josue Espinoza a collision Specialist, he was very professional. He kept me informed with the parts that were ordered. I specifically only wanted Subaru parts, my new car was only 25 days new. I was involved in a hit and run accident. They damaged the back end of my car. Josue told me how they would fix it. He texted and called me, keeping updated. They finished a whole week early. I really appreciate CARSTAR.
