Carstar did excellent work. But the lack of communication up front is my primary reason for this rating. Generally, a good experience work wise… just give the client a call please.

Took my car in for repair front bumper on May 12th and picked it on June 10th and my car is still missing front lips after in the shop for 30 days. Called carstar on June 15th about the front, still not arrived yet. The work is good but not complete the job and customer service. I’m still waiting for my front lips to arrive now still.

Would have appreciated more and better communication. We were promised one date which changed to a new date but were not told the new date would not work until the very end of the day on the day it was promised and only because I called in. I understand delays happen but they were not well communicated.
