I would have appreciated a couple of phone calls along the way to just tell me about the progress. However, they did a super job and I'm very happy with the way my car looks and drives.

I don’t know where you got these employees out, but they are top-notch and 100% deserve a raise. They went above and beyond! My daughter is not verbal autistic, and this is her car to get to school vs having to ride the bus almost 2 hours one direction. I can not thank everyone at CarStar West on Webb enough! The car is back to pristine condition!! it’s absolutely breathtaking a beautiful. Thank you again to everyone at CarStar West on Webb!!

Disappointed. It took two and a half months. I was never kept up to date with a call or a text. When I called it was a week then another and another. I appreciate the vacuum but the over all cleaning was not good and I had to position the mats back down so they were locked down. I can’t recommend or see myself using Carstar

Too many overlooked items, windshield not replaced in a timely manner, damaged pillar added to delay, recalibration needed for remote start came on immediately after pickup for windshield replacement
