The job took longer than originally anticipated because of the difficulty in obtaining a part from Germany. I marked “completely satisfied” but actually am somewhat disappointed in the paint match. It’s close, but not as good as I’d hoped for. Car Star is very good and I would not hesitate in using them again should the need arise.

Car Star is the best auto body shop in Wichita. Communication started out great but they indicated that I would get the car in two weeks but it wasn’t ready because of a delay in getting a part from Germany. They did not notify me of this—I called. It took over a month to get the part but it did eventually come in and was installed perfectly. The paint match is good but not as good as I had hoped. Overall, the work was satisfactory, the staff was nice to work with and I would not hesitate to use Car Star again if ever in need of body shop repair work.

This was the car break-in experience. The people who broke in took my keys and I had to ask for my key fob. They couldn’t remember it had been stolen on and on problem after problem.

Left dents in my car… left over sprayed paint that had things popping up out of the clear coat took back so they could fix things they still left the dents. I have a picture of you’re interested.
